sunday aesthetics

I figured I'd use 'aesthetics' as I heard all the cool kids are into aestethics these days. aesthetics. I also noticed that the Danish term "hygge" is apparently trending on Youtube and in the bloggersphere. How did that happen? I saw hygge in articles about Denmark being the happiest country in the world a couple of times already, but I didn't realize that people are actually making it a thing online now. It's super funny to me, because the word doesn't translate into English very well, so every time someone is like "omg we're so hygge" it makes no fucking sense and majority of Danes seeing their posts/videos are probably all like "???????" hahaha.
Anyway...
I know, it's been a while. My blog has been silent for majority of the year and to be honest with you (if any of my readers are even out there anymore), I lost my mojo. I had so much shit to deal with since October last year, and applying for the scholarship back in January-June was so stressful that it was pretty much all I had on my mind for majority of the year. Now, you're probably thinking "Scholarship? What?" And yeah well.. I applied for the Korean Government Scholarship Program to get my MA in Korean Studies in Korea - and I got it. I got the scholarship. I am currently in Korea, studying at Busan University of Foreign Studies - however, I am not here for the actual MA. The program includes 1 year of language studies and 2 years of MA studies. I got here in August and will be here till July next year (most likely) finishing my year of language studies and then moving on to my actual MA studies at Yonsei Graduate School of International Studies next summer. If you're an OG reader, you'll know that Yonsei is the uni I went to for my study-abroad year back in 2012 and yes, kids, momma is coming home, haha! I can't wait. But for now, I'm enjoying some amazing times in Busan, and I've already been blessed with so many new, amazing friends and adventures. To be honest, a little part of me still cannot believe that I am actually here and that I, of all the people in this world, got her wish granted this past spring.

What else has been going on? I'm sure you guys are here for photos (especially the food porn), and I will give you that - no worries. But let's catch up a bit first, shall we?

1. I got the scholarship as I mentioned and am currently in Namsandong, Busan, with the peeps upthere ^
2. My birthday is coming up next week
3. I broke my leg about 3 weeks ago
4. Said broken leg didn't see a doctor until I felt forced to go to the hospital after walking on a severely sprained ankle for 10 days. lol
5. My ankle surprisingly was not broken, but I cracked my shin pretty severely and am now in a cast.. thing.. which is highly inconvenient and I can't walk around much.
6. I have the most amazing Bulgarian room mate and she and I are super similar, which our respective families find quite hilarious - we do too. haha!
7. Koreans love medication and I've been pretty much sedated for the past 2 weeks. I literally have no clue what's happened and don't even remember being in class at all.
8. My parents sent me a huge box from home with tons of goodies for me and my roomie, as I - due to classes - won't be able to go home for Christmas. So here's to another year without Danish Christmas for me.
9. Next weeekend, though, my roomie and I organized a small Christmas morning gathering with out little group of 6 girls who've all grown quite close over the past 3 months. Can't wait for everyone to open their presents! Let's hope the last two ones arrive in the mail.. soon lol.
10. The medicine I was on was so strong that it scared me and I stopped taking it. I am going back to the hospital tomorrow (Monday) to talk to the doctor and get x-rays done again. Gotta make sure the leg is healing properly!
11. Invested in this VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER to make shakes and it's super super awful. Goodbye money. Goodbye protein gainzz.
12. That said, iHerb is quite nice! You can use my code LIN9012 for a 10% discount on your first purchase! Wooh! If you're a Dane though, beware of customs! :((
13. Oh, I'm also vegan/plant based now.
14. My beloved Ivan passed away the beginning of September, so that really sucked. I'd hoped he'd have hung in there till I get back in February. But he got his rest, I am happy that he is no longer in pain.
15. Oh yeah, I'm going back to see my family in February! My only break from class is in February, wtf. Such stress :((
16. Due to the scholarship all I do is take TOPIK tests, I feel. It's awful.
17. That said, I get to speak and practice Korean all the time! Wrahh it's the best!

Alright, that's it. Thanks for reading, y'all (if you did at all, haha)!
Now to the photos!

Ah, my poor leg + ankle. To be honest, my ankle hurts a lot more than the cracked shin, though. It's still pretty swollen and it's been 3 weeks, wtf. I fell down from a stairway at a temple in Beomeosa, because I didn't see the gap between the staircase and the construction by the temple. So I just walked to the side as someone said "be careful", and I thought she meant 'Oh watch out, someone wants to pass you' - so I stepped out, fell down and yeah.. the rest is history - however sad. Haha! The stupid thing is that the temple trip (which was supposed to be followed by hiking up the mountain) was a trip arranged by our school as a "culture class" to experience Korean culture. My roomie and I were the only ones SUPER EXCITED about the hiking part! We were so stoked, dressed warmly and going up the first hill to the temple SO excitedly, while everyone else were mainly like "wtf ughhhh I don't wannaaa". Ironic that one of the only ones who REALLY wanted to go, got stuck in the administrations office because apparently they couldn't send me back to the dorm? It's pretty stupid bc after the office closed at around 5PM, I was stuck outside in the cold for about 20-30 minutes before someone came to pick me up.
However.. while they left me in the administrations office and went hiking after I fell, I did get to experience the kindness of Buddhist monks and their love for acupuncture, the Korean hospital trip was interesting indeed and I also first hand experienced the terrors of not knowing what kind of medicine they were giving me. I later found out, though, that the reason I kept tripping, getting super sleepy and drowsy and didn't remember much at all, was because I was on a sedative AND pain killer.. 3 times a day.. originally given to last me for 2 weeks. I'm not sure how Korean students do that, though. I was in class, alright, but I was not.. THERE. lol. Scary indeed. Luckily I'm off that crap, now. We'll see tomorrow how the healing is going for the shin. I know for a fact that the ankle is gonna take a LONG-ass while to heal for sure.

Here's my dorm room desk area! Wooh!  This was taken shortly after I arrived and got settled, now I have more books and stuff here and there. Mmmhh, books ♡

And my side of the room. We have no fridge, no kitchen appliances are allowed and there isn't even a lounge on every floor like at SK Global (Yonsei) where you at least can put your stuff in a bag in a shared fridge. We got nothing, so we use our windowsill as the "fridge". The struggle.. lol. ((and yes, I brought my LoL plushies bc they remind me of epic game nights with potato pizza and RuPaul's Drag Race at NUDDELE's place, ok. ♡))

During a multi-cultural event here at BUFS, I got to be a traditional Korean bride for the hanbok fashion show! Huhuuuu! It was super fun, but also really difficult. We were on our feet for like 7 hours, not allowed to sit unless to get our hair done. Also the organizers had quite the challenge with my hair, bc it's quite short and super soft. What can ya do? They had to tie it up like 3 or 4 times before being able to attach the head piece and hair pin. It looked really nice tho! I felt SO pretty and people complimented me all night, haha! It was such a great experience!

What I eat most of the time - or at least what I used to eat when I could leave my room - boribap, fo' life! At the moment I chow down mostly on takeout bibimbap, tortillas with lettuce or cereal. Such party, very 좋아 - or maybe not. lol My roomie is the bomb, though, cause she runs to the store or the kimbap place and gets me food all the time! Freakin' luv her to bits!

Ahh my parents sent me so many goodies! *_* Nezumi also sent me a package with the most DELICIOUS berry granola, wraaahhh. She also sent me a pack of my favorite tortillas! Haha! Freaking love my vegan wraps, yo! Above is JUST the stuff from my parents though, holy shit. I got me some WASA crisp bread, lots of snacks and candy, new boots for winter (cause it's cold as fuck here, though the temperature shifts from 16 degrees celsius one day to -2 the next), Christmas tree, Christmas + birthday presents AND advent presents, some of my clothes from home and some pain killers + pads for lady-time lol. That may be TMI, but let's be real - Korean pads are HUGE. Even the small ones are SO WIDE they jam into your thighs and it hurts :(( rude much.
This photo is also featuring  my crutches ^ haha.

Current read that my lovely German friend, Michelle lend me! It's super fun already and I can't wait to read further! She told me it was kinda strange, but the defiant personality of the main character reminds me of my roomie quite a lot, haha. So funny! Also love the way it's told in interview-style. I'm actually also reading a Korean book called "I'M" atm, which I'll tell y'all about in a later entry. Just thought it'd put it out there, haha. I'm so cultured, oh em gee.

Ahem.. anyway...
So many vlogmas videos to keep up with! Wrahh! Freaking love December and I love that more and more of my favorite Youtubers are getting into vlogging as well : D I prefer vlogs over anything, tbh. I don't care for adverts or hauls and favorites videos anymore.. I wanna see what y'all are up to! Haha. Who cares what mascara you use, when I can see you feed your cat, make coffee and run to Trader Joe's for groceries instead >: D In case you're curious, I'm currently watching these vlogmas series:

Ahh, isn't it just the best feeling to sit with your coffee in the morning and catch up on vlogmas? Favorite time of year, aaahhh~!

And a group shot of the KGSP BUFS 2016 peeps! WOOH!

Hope you enjoyed! I'll try to find the motivation to do more shit for y'all. Haha, I wanna film videos again too, but I need to pick myself out of the self-pitying "everything hurts and I can't fucking walk"-gutter and get my shit sorted. I will say tho that now that I'm off the meds, I feel much better! The side effects were so severe and I cannot BELIEVE that I don't remember ANYTHING from the past two weeks being on them. Talk about effective sedatives, lol.

Have a good one, and happy holidays! I'll def. make a post about our Christmas funsies next week! And maybe even a mid-week post for my birthday, huhu! Alright, getting carried away here.. no more promises! I can't believe how much I missed blogging, though, haha. I feel so accomplished writing this.  I have midterms next week though, which I should be studying for, but my memory for the past 2 weeks is quite hazy, so I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to do or what's gonna happen. lol. So sad. What's also sad is that the first midterm is on my damn birthday, arhhh. How dare they!? :(( lol.

Stay well, y'all!

New layout and a quick hello!

Notice anything different? Except for the fact that I quickly blogged.. or.. am blogging.. or well, am typing this. lol. Whatever.. I know, I know, I did a Wufan layout the time before last, but UGH HE'S SO AWESOME. And I've been using this particular pic as my desktop pic for the past.. 100 years. And I wanted to share it with you. I wanted to keep this spring layout as simple and clean colored as possible.. and light too. lol.

I went to Andong to do some research for a school paper (I'm so fucking busy lately with mid-terms it's not even funny) and I snapped some photos.. I wanted to share some of them with you as well as tell you about the layout.
I'm sorry for being absent again. I know, I suck.. -__-" Anyhoozle, enjoy the new layout! Let me know if you have any ideas for the next one : D

Thanks for reading, y'all!

☆ ~ 2012 RECAP ~ ☆

My year 2012
in pictures and captions (that took me forever to edit -__-" lol)

I'm quite surprised by how many hits my birthday post got (and is still getting).. What is going on? Anyway, here's my 2012 in pics (and short captions) Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! ^__^)/ ~ ♡
JANUARY x I spent a shit ton of time with JEONGIE during January. We did a lot of shopping, celebrated New Years together and yeah.. just hung out a lot in general. She also was the host of the party that we threw to welcome ARLENE to Denmark when she came to visit! ^__^)/

xxx
FEBRUARY x This month has no picture for the mere reasons that 1. February sucked for me and 2. I didn't blog at all.. My family had a very close friend taken away from us way too soon and she left this world in the most horrible way one could ever imagine. So yeah, let's leave it at that.

MARCH x Yay! I participated in the big demonstration in Copenhagen against ACTA. Fuckyeah, we did a good job! ACTA was cancelled and trashed shortly after. Hoho! Score! I also got my own apartment! :'D Looking at the pictures now I kinda miss it.. -sigh-

APRIL x I got my first LUSH order in the mail and loved pretty much everything! Except the foot mask.. The foot mask was made of evil and mint. Ouch! I got a lovely care package from Haku and I went home shortly during the month to visit family.

MAY x I got my fucking awesome DSLR this month and my food porn pics instantly got better! Haha! I also got my first Sigma Beauty order in, finally got my hands on some Makeup Forever products and cooked like a maniac! So much food porn nom nom nom!

JUNE x Uni ended and we flipping ROCKED the event at the National Museum. I worked hard to make a good impression (and a good presentation) and it paid off! I got an A+ and could finish uni that semester with a big smile on my face. I spent my last days in the capital by chilling with friends, eating and doing slumber parties at Dev's house. Good times! Oh, and I met Haku as well! Best month EVER imo!

JULY x I actually packed up my things in the end of June, but oh well. I moved my stuff to my parents' house and decided to spend my last month in Denmark with them. I helped out a bit around the house, went with my dad to Germany to shop a bit for Gold Cup 2012, cut my hair super short and spent some time with my parents' new puppy! You can barely see her on the pic, but she's actually laying down just in front of Agnes (the white/black one). Ahh~! Shirley's gotten super big already. -sigh-

AUGUST x August was crazy as heck! I spent a weekend with my entiiiire family at Lalandia in Billund to celebrate my grandma's birthday before leaving. I then packed my shit and left for Korea. It was a long-ass trip (18,5 hours on flight in total) and we were completely busted after that. I got sick within the first 2 days (damn air condition) of being there but oh well.. We did a bit of partying, met some awesome people after moving into the dorms, went to the SM.ARTS Exhibition at CO.EX (where we were interviewed 3 times and where we also saw Ryeowook and Eunhyuk from Super Junior, w00t) and went to see a bit of the PROLEAGUE 2012 games - T1 vs. ACE. Of course T1 won ; D 천찬씨 was an ultimate fanboy that day. Haha! Good times!

SEPTEMBER x I don't remember much else than the MCM event from this month.. oh and the concert! I was literally drunk for almost 3 weeks out of this month. It was crazy! I went with friends to see FT Island's show TAKE FTISLAND (it was epiccc!!), went to buy MCM bags and then also went to the MCM x Vogue Korea event the same month. Oh, again.. lots of partying! The pic is me and Caspin aka 내제일좋아하는뚱바보 ♡ ㅋㅋ

OCTOBER x In October we made the huge mistake of going to the fireworks festival. It was a beautiful show but the trip home was a BITCH as the nearest subway had been closed and police was surveilling  the other two. We had to walk along the highway to find a cab, constantly having to listen to stupid dudes in cars honking and yelling at us in broken English -__-" We luckily found a cab, but ugh.. Never again. Also.. the most amazing release of the year (of any year in kpop really) came out - BLOCK.B's BLOCKBUSTER. I'm still loving the album to bits. Will do a review/unboxing on my YOUTUBE channel for you guys! Just gotta clear my cold first.. T_T

NOVEMBER x Argh finals began this month. I spent a shit ton of time with my KLI class and especially Sejon and I went on some epic adventures. He went back to Australia already but oh well~ What else can you expect from a fackin' caaarnt? LOL. I also experimented a bit with my hair color and dyed some of it lilac (I did that in October too, but November's outcome was better imo).. I was also majorly sick during some of the finals. I'm sick now too.. again.. Jeez.

DECEMBER x Ahhhh such a crazy month! The holidays made me miss family and friends back home to DEATH and I've had a hard time handling being so far away. I'm dealing with it still, but oh well.. What can you do? I guess this is all part of growing up. Anyway, this month I went to A Walk With(out) the Stars (click HERE for vlog!), got my first tattoo (read about it HERE) that I fucking LOVE to pieces, turned 22 and celebrated with a great party with epic friends! :'D They even got me a cake! Ahh~! ♡ It was the best party ever! I later on celebrated a rather sad Christmas Eve with Kat and Nezumi. After that I ended up going to Hongdae and got fucked up (meaning: piss drunk lol). New Years was spent at Nezumi's dorm where we watched Harry Potter, had snacks and just generally had a great time! I also got to Skype with my parents that day.. I actually Skyped with them at 8AM on the 1st of January (time difference) and they were all piss drunk. LOLOL. Good times! I miss them a lot..

And yeah.. here we are! A lot of my friends left Korea (or are leaving soon) so our paths are separating us yet once again. I gained and lost a lot of friends here already - all part of growing up, huh? It's tough but you learn to live with it I guess. I'm excited to see what the next few months will bring, as our scholarship doesn't allow us to take winter classes. So for now (and until March) I can chill.. I'm hoping for a trip to Japan one of these days! I really wanna go! Maaaybe if I'm super lucky, my trip to Japan will crash with a the GazettE gig. Oh dang, that would be epic! ♡ Hoho!

Wish you all a wonderful 2013
Thank you so much for all the support during this past year.
I can't wait to share my life experiences with you guys in the new year as well.
Take care and stay strong

WE LOVE TATTOO-KOREA ♡

I finally received the package from my parents today (as the front desk failed to inform me that it actually arrived along with another package yesterday... fail fail fail as always!) and I'm beyond ecstatic! Yeah maaaaan! I can't open it until sometime tomorrow, though, depending on when my roomie decides to head out so I can record it (as part of an up-coming vlog) in peace. lol. So cute of my dad to mention, that I should make a video of me opening the box so people at home could see too. ♡
extra extra this girl got inked!
Anyway, I wanted to show you guys my tattoo! I got inked monday afternoon (do you guys remember me mentioning going in for a consult?) and I love it! I'm generally a sucker for text/symbol and number tattoos (dates, etc) and I love the colors, font etc. of my new tat so much. I know it's not gonna be everyone's taste, as people have different taste in tattoos as they do piercings, if they even like either of them. However; keep your negative opinion to yourself, as I'm not interested in hearing it at all. Of course if there was a typo, I'd understand your need to tell me (I'm a grammar nazi too) but since everything is spelled correct, I don't need your correction on anything. I'm also aware that a lot of people have not been exposed to a lot of italic fonts throughout their lives and therefore have trouble reading what my tattoo says. lol. I shall put "subtitles" ok, just so you don't get all cross-eyed and confused.
Also for those of you having trouble reading it, it says:
"your conscience is dirtier than money"
in black and red ink.

The meaning is rather personal to me and really hard to explain, so I won't really go into details too much, however I will give you the main deal: Generally many people are blaming money for everything bad, when in reality they, themselves, would most likely be willing to do anything to get money. So by their "conscience" being dirty, I'm simply saying that human greed is causing a lot of people to act irrationally, even though they're trying to point their fingers. It is also a "misheard" lyric by the GazettE (from the song "HYENA" (< I made it a link so you can go see what part of the song I could be talking about~ Hoho!)) that I've grown really fond of over the past 4,5 years. Haha! Oh Ruki.. you and your Engrish ♡

I got it done in Seoul at TATTOO KOREA. Definitely a place I'd recommend. Don't go to any cheap-ass Korean tattoo place. Many of them aren't legal/authorized to even do tattoos at all and I honestly wouldn't bet my limbs on it, if I were you. I was suggested to go to Hongdae for this one, but I looked it up online and found TATTOO KOREA that way. I wrote them an email about what I wanted, the owner replied and told me to come in for a consult to work on what I wanted. He's a bad-ass dude (who speaks English fluently, w00t) and he and his crew are epic as shit ok. They take their work very seriously and they're super good at what they do. I trust them 100% especially after mine turned out better than I'd expected. TATTOO KOREA even had a guy come in with THIS SITUATION going on (taken from Tattoo Korea's own FACEBOOK PAGE) after he got his tat done in Hongdae. As one of the guys commenting said: "Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good." It's that simple. Don't compromise safety, guys. I'm definitely going back to TATTOO KOREA after this one has healed to get my next one.

Btw, did y'all see JEONGIE'S POST on her new super sexual sternum piercing? Hot damn, girl. She has a tattoo as well (okay okay I'm slow, but I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted mhm.) hohoho! I'm one of the cool kids now! : P Admitted... I might go back again in January /snort. I'm sorry, but even while the guy was doing my tattoo, I was already thinking of what I wanted next. Haha! Crazy. The buzzing of that tattoo-thing is nice, alright.

Also I added a new layout! : D Do you like it? It's featuring JEONGIE!! I mean.. Hyuna. HAHA sorry but I seriously think they look so much alike!

VLOG + pictures! A Walk With(out) the Stars 2012

hey there
I'm back! KLI finals are FINALLY over and I miraculously made it to level 3. How did that even happen? LOL I suck so hard at 듣기 (listening) but I passed this time and apparently my teacher felt that I could handle level 3. MUCH studying for me this winter - 퓨~! Thank god I got 3 months (approx.) until next term. I wanted to study this winter too, but due to our scholarship and partner agreement between University of Copenhagen and Yonsei University, we're not allowed to take classes during winter semester. So boo-hoo T_T

I put together a vlog of what's been going on lately. I didn't film too much - most of it is from A Walk With the Stars and me showing you guys some shit I bought from TONYMOLY yesterday. :C I will do my best to film more when I go out and about. Hope you like it!

Also, I FINALLY bring some photos from the "A Walk With the Stars"-event which turned out more like a Walk WITHOUT the Stars, lol. It was so chaotic and unorganized. 80% of people took the wrong turn at a crossroad (they were following the idols who weren't told where to go) so the entire event was just fail. We were all given seats during the concert, but people either stood up on their chairs to see or ran up to the stage (which is super rude either way). At least I had fun with my two lovely ladies: Kat and Nezumi who both came with me : D SISTAR, Nine Muses, ZE:A, Infinite and that tiny guy from PSY's Gangnam Style music video came to perform. Nine Muses and ZE:A were supposed to walk with us, but security was HORRIBLE and especially ZE:A were almost CRUSHED by crazy fangirls trying to get to them T_T poor guys! I hope the arrangers of this event learned from it.. the security for the idols (and fans) was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and people ran out of their seats to go to the stage while the host did nothing to maintain order. Fail -__-"

Excuse the photos if they're either not working or taking forever to load, I had to upload them to Tinypic cause flickr won't deal with PNG files :C boo! Hope you liked it all anyway!

STAY SAFE (and be careful of the cold/flu)
I was super sick all last week and have been suffering from a stupid-ass stomach flu this weekend that makes me wanna throw up everytime I eat -__-" Oh well~! My exams are somewhat over (only got my exam in Politics and Society of North Korea left on dec. 20th) and since I got no re-exams to take, I'm pretty much free to do whatever until beginning of March. lol. Partying, much? Hoho! My parents also sent a package out to me this past Saturday! Hopefully it'll get here fast! : D It'll contain Christmas and birthday presents AND some random goodies so my Christmas won't suck too hard. If you follow me on Instagram (heygodareyouready) you probably already saw my and the girls' Christmas tree! hoho! So tiny but very cute! : D

UNTIL NEXT TIME
MUCH LOVE

Rainy seasons are.. frustrating (and wet, lol (that's what she said))

Hello everyone,
I'm back with another entry, this time written in the basement/hangout-area of our hostel. It is POURING down atm., so our plans of going to the SM.ART's exhibition are put on hold for now.. So far we "only" missed seeing Taemin (SHINee), EXO-M & EXO-K and Amber from f(x). Fuck my life so hard right now.. LOL. We're going tomorrow tho, since we have to go to KLI anyway to fix some paperwork for KLI classes. So we'll see how the weather behaves tomorrow (please stay dry!). It's monsoon season in Korea atm, so when it rains.. it really fucking rains. Thunder and lightning usually join the party as well. /sigh. Damn weather.. At least it aint as unbearably hot today as usual. It's humid - sure, but not as suffocatingly hot. I also, speaking of hot, got my hands on Korean cold medicine - MY GOD DOES IT WORK WONDERS. I feel a LOT better, I don't have a fever anymore and I don't feel as generally shitty as I've been feeling for the past 3 days. Yay! Ironically tho.. Kat and Nezumi are feeling quite sick now. Haha! Glad it ain't me, mofo! Or well, I'm not 100% well, but now I just need to keep taking the medicine and then pamper my stuffy nose. That should fix it : D Weee!

Anyway, you all (and I mean ALL.. never have I had as many hits on ONE specific post as I did my last one, wth you guys.. such Kpop-obsessed fangirls you are!) probably came her to see photos of sexy stuff. Can I just say though.. hot Korean guys - sure, there are some. But they're as easy to come by as hot guys in my own town.. Or well, there are NONE in my own town and quite a few here.. But still, you get the drift. Not ALL Korean guys are hot. Just bursting the bubble for you.. so don't come here expecting to find SHINee-oppas all over the place. (LOL. If you can call all of SHINee oppa, you're too young to come here for that anyway..)

I found more of Jang Geun Seok for my Finding JGS project-thing! : D Oh, and as I was editing the pics for this.. the entire basement area got pretty much flooded.. DAMN YOU RAIN :C
Anyhoozle! Photos! : D
I'm not sure if these photos even count as it's the same company.. but oh well~
Okay.. from now on JGS on albums/stickers don't count -__-" only ads ok. ONLY ads. /slaps self/

On Monday we went to Myeongdong, which is a super popular shopping area in Seoul. I gotta say that there were a shit ton of Japanese people. O_O" We went to Yonsei Global Lounge first (to fix some paperwork that apparently fucked up.. but maybe didn't fuck up afterall. lol. We don't know) and we met the lovely Rim there. She spoke super good English and talked to us for a while. She figured that, since my hair is (apparently) epic, I should totally join a band. LOL. She also had trouble pronouncing "Line" so she decided to just call me Jang Geun Seok from now on BAHAHAHAH so epic! I love you, Rim! I really do :"D Anyway, she hung out with us for a while as she awaited answer from KLI and then we all agreed to go for kalbi next week. YES, LET'S GO! Rim is fucking awesome ok. She studies business and media law or something (all sorts of laws within business and media - like copyright etc.) and as said; her English = epic. Anyway, after Global Lounge we went to Myeongdong to do some shopping and to look for JGS, of course ^__^)/ wahaha!

Before actually shopping, we needed food. I hadn't eaten dinner the night before and my fever was killing me. SO FOOD TIME. Kat and I shared the food on the pic above - dalkkalbi (chicken ribs). SO GOOD. Spicy, but good. And we were STUFFED afterwards. Noms!
SHOPPING TIME! I spotted an Evisu, and from what I could recall BIGBANG used to endorse them.. lol, my memory sucks. Sadly 2pm apparently endorse them now.. but whatevs. What I remembered as BIGBANG was actually DBSK. LOL. So I like to think of it as me helping out the old DBSK and not 2pm. >__> /coughs/.
B2st ad! WOOOT! Dunno who the other guy is tho.. Jim Rickey 누구?
Music! yes, can't go to Myeongdong without buying music, now can we? Nope nope nope! Off we went to 2 music stores.. and ugh I got a free Jay Park poster! OH YEAHHH~! And Block B AND JANG GEUN SEOK NOMS NOMS! ^__^)/ ~ I tagged both Jay Park and JGS on twitter :C but they didn't retweet me supporting their asses. BSH.
After Myeongdong we went to Dunkin' Donuts! I was sick as fuck and felt utterly horrible tbh. This was all Monday and I didn't get my meds (lol, addict) until yesterday. /sobs. I was looking and feeling extremely horrible, I was tired, exhausted and super thirsty. I went for a drink that I thought was gonna be sweet and yums.. but no, it was bitter and disgusting as hell so I was even more discouraged than before. however, the cappuccino-sugar-coated-donut-thing (you can't really see it for Kat's orange drink) was DELICIOUS. NOMS.
Moving on to yesterday, we simply strolled around Shinchon, bought a few things and hung out. I love this area. It's super chill and people are so nice. The ahjumma (older lady) at our local market thought I said "annyeonghikaseyo" (안녕히가세요 - please go well (said by the person staying)) when I left the store. So she corrected me.. which would've been great if it wasn't for the fact that I DID say "annyeonghikyeseyo" ('안녕히계세요' said by the person leaving)... The problem is that because of my cold, I sound so incredibly nasal that you can't even tell what I'm saying anymore. LOL. Poor me and poor ahjumma. :C /sobs. Having a cold totally sucks.
I bought some Nature Republic goods to support JGS : D Haha lol. I'm not even kidding. I will probably spend up to 50% of my money each month at this place. The stuff there looks so nice.. and JGS endorses it.. so yeah :C The shampoo is from Watson's btw. And you get so many free samples and goods from NR when you purchase there... sadly.. no JGS cardboard figure for me. -__-" haters. bsh.
Oh, and here is my dinner from last night. The tuna sandwich-thing in the front was disgusting. Ew.. but I had to eat something with my medication, so yeah.. ugh.. it was gross tho.. not doing that again T_T;
and lastly.. CUTE SOCKS
I got the penguin ones for mylady and the other ones for myself. HOHO!
Also, I really haven't been drinking too much soda here. Their equivalent to Pepsi Max (Pepsi Nex) is disgusting and I hate Cola Zero so much.. So yeah.. I mostly drink water and vitamin water. Btw, you can actually get shampoo and shower gel by the vitamin water brand here O_O quite strange really. The Koreans sure love their vitamin water goods. LOLZ.

Anyway, that's it!
Hope you're all well! Don't be a fool and catch a cold like me :C
And don't go out in the streets in the pouring rain wearing flipflops.
... cause you will trip and fall! LOL.

Until next time!
Maybe I get some epic photos from SM.ARTS tomorrow! WOOH!
We'll see!
MUCH LOVE
